Smile on the train

Hi everyone looking forward to joining the fun of blogging.
Whilst on the train this morning the guard reminded us to take all our belongings and if we dont they will be available on ebay next week!!!!
Its really lovely when someone makes you smile first thing in the morning, just what we should all do if we manage people.

I totally agree, and in my experience, the unexpected comment by a train or bus driver that produces spontaneous rippling over passengers’ faces is one of the best. Your comment made me Google ‘smile’ and I discovered the quote garden http://www.quotegarden.com/smiles.html where some of the sayings are very apt for those working in contact centres or any business.
